One thing I would add is to be concise. Colleagues, bosses, and clients don't have all day.

Oof. Presentations. But sometimes as simple as being enthusiastic about it helps! If I know I did the job well and I'm positive the copy is good, I should be excited about it right? You're giving the client more reason to push back if you're projecting doubt.
